Domestic Orders

5 Star Equine Products Ships Exclusively with UPS for domestic (US) orders. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

The following information is provided by UPS as an explanation of delivery options and the speed at which those options are delivered. The map below is the UPS transit times based on shipping from our location in Hatfield, AR. The information provided here is for reference only and doesn’t not constitute a guarantee by 5 Star for delivery time or speed.

International Orders

All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you are purchasing multiple items for international delivery, please contact us for shipping rates as they may differ from what our E-commerce cart suggests.

Returns

All custom orders are non-refundable. Our wool pads are hand-spun, and variation in thickness are normal. All returns are subject to a restocking fee if product is returned without approval.

Product must be unused & in NEW condition for return. Shipping fees will be charged on exchanged saddle pads.
